We currently ship across Canada. If your region isn’t listed, please contact us before ordering.

2.2 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • We’ll notify you if any items are out of stock or delayed.

2.3 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders over $80.00 — details displayed at checkout.

2.4 Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary by location but generally take 2-7 days after dispatch.
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

2.5 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact pomariastores@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, opened or perishable products cannot be returned unless defective.

3.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
